Thu Stubbs, was a former US Army Communications Captain and supported US/NATO nuclear missions. She is passionate about honoring our Military Heroes, with a strong desire to inculcate and stimulate the love of our country by promoting patriotism across all ages.
She is a proud veteran, the single mother of two, an active Mentor to individual Wounded Warrior Heroes. She and her children have participated in the Lakota Sioux Mission Project which provided home improvements for Pine Ridge Indian Reservation’s (South Dakota) seniors and residents. Her community services earned her the Military Order of the World Wars’ (MOWW) Silver Patrick Henry Medallion for patriotic achievement. |
-Additionally, Thu Stubbs is CEO of Technology Science Corporation (TSC). TSC is an Information Technology service provider of program management, datacenter/network operations, and audiovisual, video-teleconferencing services for Federal Agencies. TSC is certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran, Woman-Owned, minority Small Disadvantaged Business.
The Annual 7 Benefit Black-Tie Gala is outgrowth of the charitable arm of TSC. 7 Benefit LTD is a 501(c)(3) charity and its charter is to donate the net proceeds to different veterans' beneficiary every year. This event publicly honors individual Wounded Warrior Heroes from WWII, Vietnam, to present Gulf campaigns. The gala aims to honor and recognize the military heroes for their selfless sacrifices and contributions to American freedom. This grass roots community gala attracts over 400 attendees to honor and witness Honorees receive appreciation citations from Virginia and Maryland Governor’s Offices. The Black Tie is also a Commemorative Partner of the Department of Defense’s Vietnam War Commemoration and is supported by volunteers from teens to seniors from the Washington, DC community.

Tina Dante serves as the Secretary for 7 Benefit LTD. She also is the CEO of The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. (TMG) - an Engineering and Information Technology Government Contracting firm, that is not related to our nonprofit. As the daughter of a Navy World War II Veteran, Tina’s heart beats for the military. Her affection runs even deeper, as she also had two uncles who served in the Army, as well as a brother and nephew who served in the Air Force.
She is passionate about the cause and provides financial support, in addition to lending her time and talents to the Annual 7 Black Tie Benefit plus other Veteran-focused charities. Additionally, as CEO of TMG, she ensures the business is "Veteran friendly"; seeking to fill open positions with those who served and sacrificed for our nation. TMG runs at about 70% Veteran employee status and will continue the "Veteran first" philosophy. |
Liron Sharon, CPA (Israel), ASA, MBA is the founder of YMS Value, a business valuations and consulting firm. Services provided by YMS Value include, among others:

Prior to YMS Value Liron spent over ten years with large accounting and advisory firms, including over 5 years with PwC’s valuation advisory group. Liron has over 15 years of valuation experience and performed independent valuations for a variety of clients, ranging from early-stage life science and technology companies to large multinational corporations.
Liron is a CPA (Israel) and is a certified Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers. Liron earned his MBA from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, and his B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel.
Liron is an Adjunct Professor at the Finance Department of the University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to joining 7 Benefit LTD Liron volunteered for over 5 years as a Finance Committee member with the Arc Montgomery, a nonprofit organization that connects people of all ages and abilities with their communities to build inclusive and fulfilling lives.

Colonel Krail served 33 years in the Marine Corps with a mix of active and reserve assignments. His latest assignment was Executive Officer of the Wounded Warrior Regiment (2009 – 2012). While in the regiment, he co-founded the “Marine Corps Trials,” an international military Paralympics competition and training event (Google: Beyond Victory - The Journey of the 2011 All-Marine Warrior Games Champions).
While in the Third Marine Regiment, an active duty infantry unit, he served as the Regimental Executive Officer. He Commanded three Artillery Batteries, Served as a United Nations Peacekeeper in Bosnia, performed Tsunami relief in Thailand, was appointed Officer in Charge for humanitarian assistance during the “Cobra Gold” Exercises where he built seven school buildings and coordinated 10 one day medical clinics in rural Asia that served 1,000 villagers a day. |
He is the Chief Operations Officer for the Technology Science Corporation. He has worked as Operations Director for Spotsylvania County's Information Services Department for over five years. He was Vice President of Remote Operations at Data Center Incorporated where he led 9 data processing centers from Missouri to California for 12 years. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is originally from New Orleans and is a graduate of LSU.
Joe Rothenberg has over 56 years of space systems and operations experience including the last 19 years in the commercial “new” space industry, 18 years at NASA and 19 years in the government aerospace business. Joe is currently an Independent Consultant and since February of 2018 leads the Technical Advisory Group for MethaneSAT LLC. In addition, since its’ formation in 2008, Joe has been Member of the Conrad Foundation’s Board of Directors, serving 5 years as President of the Board and currently is the Treasurer.
Joe retired from Google in 2016 where he was Director of Engineering and Operations for Skybox Imaging/Terra Bella. From 2009 through joining Google at their acquisition of Skybox in August of 2014, he was an Independent Consultant. |
During that time his Clients included SSC and Skybox Imaging. From 2002 to 2009, Joe has served as a member of the Board of Directors and President of Universal Space Network Inc., He retired from NASA in 2001 where he held positions as Associate Administrator for Space Flight at NASA, Director of the Goddard Space Flight Center, and Associate Director of the Flight Projects Directorate responsible for the Hubble Space Telescope 1st Servicing Mission.
Joe has a BS in Engineering and Physics from CW Post College, an MS in Engineering Management, has several honorary PhD's, and has received numerous Presidential Senior Executive Service, NASA, National and International awards, is a member of the Aviation Week and Space Technology Hall of Fame, and is a National Associate of the Academy of Science, National Research Council.

Jim Terwilliger - Director of Operations
Jim has been in the Federal IT space for more than 30 years, providing support and solutions, from IT Consulting to Sales and Business Development, supporting Civilian agencies. His experience has spanned across enterprise systems, data management, software development, SOA, nationwide implementations of systems and networks, project management, professional services, training, and contracts management. He has formally held positions at IBM, TIBCO, BMC Software, Platinum Technology, NCR, Software AG, Litton PRC, and AT&T Computer Systems.
Jim is part of Team 7 supporting each Annual Black-Tie Gala and other events throughout the year, responsible for marketing, event promotion, website and social media, event venue support, and attendee communications. |
Jim is also Director of Operations for Technology Science Corporation (TSC), an IT service provider of program management, unified communications, enterprise network services, and outreach/special events for Federal Agencies and a key supporter of 7 Benefit LTD. TSC is a certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Woman-Owned Small business.
